Road Ride Routes 

Colorado National Monument- This is an incredible ride!!  Breathtaking views, challenging climbs, fast descents, and fresh smooth pavement.  Old Coors Classic "Tour of the Moon" stage route.  Please be extra cautious as there is some truck traffic during the week on the east side.  Beware of loose sand and gravel in the corners.  Please obey the "Rules of the Road". IMPORTANT:  Please for your own safety (and its federal law) ride single file or you may get ticketed.  It is also imperative to illuminate your bike for travel through the tunnels.  Lights are required.  Contact me for route info.

Group Rides

Tour of the Valley - August 24, 2009.  After 20 years, this yearly event was cancelled in 2008.  It has returned of 2009.  Various routes for all levels of riders (15, 30, 50, & 100 mi routes).  Awesome Century Ride over the Monument!

Rose Hill Rally - Annual road ride for the entire family. Several distance options are
offered.  Beginning of May.

Palisade Bike Festival - Palisade Classic Mountain Bike Race and Fruit Loop Cycling Tour road ride.  Beginning of May.

Fruita Fat Tire Festival - Group trail rides, Vendor exhibits, Clunker crit, fun, fun fun.  End of April.
